Xecil UI End User License Agreement
By installing or using Xecil UI ("the Software") you agree to this agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
1. License
Xecil Digital Solutions, trading as Xecil Hub ("we") grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to install and use the Software on the number of computers covered by your purchase, for personal or commercial work, after a one-time payment.
2. Your work
Designs, prototypes, code and other files you create with the Software belong to you. We claim no rights in them. Code exported by the Software may be used, changed and distributed by you without restriction.
3. Restrictions
You may not: copy or distribute the Software except as allowed here; rent, lease, resell or sublicense it; share license keys; reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it except where the law expressly allows this despite this restriction; remove or bypass license checks, copy protection or notices; or use the Software to build a competing product.
4. Activation
The Software may require activation with a license key and an occasional online check. Activation sends the license key and an anonymous identifier of your computer, never your design files. You may move your license to another computer by deactivating it on the old one.
5. Updates
Updates within the major version you bought are included. New major versions may be offered separately.
6. Third-party components
The Software includes open-source components licensed under their own terms, listed in Settings > About > Third-party licenses. Those terms apply to those components.
7. No warranty
The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Keep backups of your work (see Settings > Backup).
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Software.
9. Termination
This license ends automatically if you break it. You must then stop using the Software and delete all copies.
10. General
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. If any part is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
